Trade Plan 03-02-2010
VA formed higher and overlapping. Bracketing action is evident now. Previous days minus development area is fully developed.
See the last 3 profiles merged. Time for next imbalance (vertical move)
gr8 to see crisp MP analysis..if possible can u plz mark n post chart wch minus devlpomnt u talking abt? n wht to infer as NF profile shape fr 1st feb it ws "b" stalling at lows n 2nd feb it ws "P"..staling at highs..does ths mean Bracket developing for some more time.. keep posting , its helpful. :)
The down move in A and B period of feb 1 is the minus development area, On feb 2, nifty rotated in that area.
After a vertical down move, b formation is due to other time frame buying activity, who are not aggressive. This need not imply higher prices for next days. Sometimes price continue down ward, sometimes price stalls and bracketing phase begins. Next P is profit booking which stalls price move. Coupling these two scenarios, some OTF buying and profit booking implies conditions are ripe for a vertical upward move. See the swift upward move through the bracket now, it is an attempt to take prices out of bracket.

Okey, i thought Minus development is SP in DVA ..so didnt see A n B period move wch is out of VA
